氨茶碱与多索茶碱在支气管哮喘治疗中的疗效比较

Comparison of Curative Effects between Aminophylline and Doxofylline in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的研究氨茶碱与多索茶碱在支气管哮喘治疗的疗效差异。方法本研究选取的98例研究对象均选自我院收治的支气管哮喘患者,时间为2017年5月至2019年5月,在尊重患者意愿的前提下按照入院编号的奇偶性进行治疗分组,其中编号为奇数的49例划为对照组,编号为偶数的49例则划为研究组,参照组患者接受氨茶碱治疗,研究组患者则接受多索茶碱治疗,分析两组患者的临床治疗效果,并且就两组患者的不良反应情况进行统计对比。结果研究组患者的治疗有效为97.96%,而对照组患者的治疗有效仅为79.59%,组间差异存在显著性(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应率比对照组患者的低,组间差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论多氨茶碱应用于支气管哮喘的治疗中治疗效果明显优于氨茶碱,且不良反应率更低,是一种既有效又安全的治疗方式。

Objective To study the difference between aminophylline and doxofylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods Ninety-eight samples selected in this study were all selected from patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019.The patients were divided into treatment groups according to the parity of admission numbers on the premise of respecting the wishes of patients.Among them,49 patients with odd numbers were divided into control group and 49 patients with even numbers were divided into study group.The patients in the reference group received aminophylline treatment while the patients in the study group received doxofylline treatment.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed and the adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the patients in the study group was 97.96%,while that of the patients in the control group was only 79.59%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the patients in the study group was lower than that of the patients in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of doxofylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma is significantly better than that of aminophylline,and the adverse reaction rate is lower.It is an effective and safe treatment method.
