Objective To study the application value of holmium laser lithotripsy in patients with urinary calculi. Methods Eighty-six patients with urinary calculi in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods;the patients in the study group were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy, and the operation indexes, renal function changes, complications and clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After treatment, the operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, intraoperative blood loss was less than those of the control group,P<0.05;after operation,BUN and Cr in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of urinary tract infection, ureteral perforation and secondary hematuria in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of patients with urinary calculi can significantly improve the clinical effect, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve renal function, shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding, and is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients, which is worthy of clinical research and reference.
