X线胸片诊断肺结核的临床价值分析

Analysis of the Clinical Value of X-ray Chest in Diagnosis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的分析X线胸片诊断肺结核的临床价值。方法自本院2016年9月至2019年2月收治的肺结核病患中选入100例进行回顾性分析,所有患者均接受X线胸片检查及CT扫查,并完成者痰细菌培养实验室,评估X线胸片检查的用于肺结核诊断中的诊断价值,并对比CT检查两种检查方式的诊断耗时、检查费用、诊断正确率。结果本次检查中X线胸片在肺结核患者影像学表现上较为典型,但与CT对比,诊断符合率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在两种不同检查方法的耗时对比中,X线胸片检查耗时明显更短(P<0.05),在检查费用对比上X线片检查费用明显更低(P<0.05);100例患者中包括血行播散型肺结核(Ⅱ型)16例,浸润型肺结核(Ⅲ型)47例,慢性纤维空洞型肺结核(Ⅳ型)37例。结论在肺结核影像学诊断中给予患者X线胸片检查,完成诊断分型有利患者后续治疗的开展,与CT诊断对比,X线胸片诊断虽然存在一定诊断局限,但其诊断耗时明显更短,费用更低,临床肺结核诊断中用于初筛可取得良好效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of X-ray chest in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.Methods One hundred cases of pulmonary tuberculosis from September 2016 to February 2019 were selected for retrospective analysis.All patients received X-ray examination and CT scan,and completed the sputum bacterial culture laboratory.To evaluate the diagnostic value of X-ray chest examination in tuberculosis diagnosis,and compare the diagnostic time,examination cost and correct rate of CT examination.Results In this examination,X-ray chest films were typical in the imaging performance of tuberculosis patients,but compared with CT,the diagnostic compliance rate was low and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the time spent comparison of the two different test methods,The X-ray examination time was significantly shorter(P<0.05),and the X-ray examination cost was significantly lower compared to the examination cost(P<0.05).Among the 100 patients,there were 16 cases of blood-spreading tuberculosis(type Ⅱ).Infiltration type tuberculosis(type Ⅲ)47 cases,chronic fiber hollow type tuberculosis(type Ⅳ)37 cases.Conclusion X-ray examination is given to patients in the imaging diagnosis of tuberculosis,and the subsequent treatment of patients with favorable diagnostic classification is completed.Compared with CT diagnosis,X-ray thoracic diagnosis has certain diagnostic limitations,but its diagnosis time is significantly shorter.The cost is lower,and good results can be achieved in clinical tuberculosis diagnosis for initial screening.
