预防护理模式联合早期肠内营养支持对ICU机械通气患者压力性损伤发生率及康复进程的影响

The Effect of Preventive Care Mode Combined with Early Enteral Nutrition Support on the Incidence of Pressure Injury and Rehabilitation Process of Mechanically Ventilated ICU Patients

目的探究预防护理模式联合早期肠内营养支持对ICU机械通气患者压力性损伤发生率及康复进程的影响。方法以2018年1月至2020年12月我院收治的90例ICU机械通气患者为研究对象,其中2018年1月至2019年5月45例患者实施ICU常规护理,为参照组。2019年6月至2020年12月45例患者实施ICU压疮预防护理模式联合早期肠内营养支持,为研究组,比较两组效果。结果研究组压力性损伤发生率、血清总蛋白、血红蛋白水平均优于参照组,机械通气时间、ICU住院时间均短于参照组,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论ICU机械通气患者实施压疮预防护理模式联合早期肠内营养支持,不仅可有效预防压力性损伤,改善营养水平,还可以缩短治疗时间。

Objective To explore the effect of preventive care mode combined with early enteral nutrition support on the incidence of pressure injury and rehabilitation process of mechanically ventilated ICU patients.Methods Ninety mechanically ventilated ICU patients were taken as the object.The study time was from January 2018 to December 2020.Among them,45 patients from January 2018 to May 2019 received routine ICU care and served as the reference group.From July 2019 to December 2020,45 patients implemented the ICU pressure ulcer preventive care model combined with early enteral nutrition support,as the research group,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of pressure injury,total serum protein,and hemoglobin levels in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the mechanical ventilation time and ICU hospitalization time were shorter than those in the reference group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of pressure ulcer preventive care mode combined with early enteral nutrition support for mechanically ventilated ICU patients can not only effectively prevent pressure injury and improve nutritional levels,but also shorten treatment time.
