聚焦解决护理模式对乳腺癌改良根治术患者术后病耻感、自护能力的影响

Focus on Solving the Impact of Nursing Mode on Postoperative Stigma and Self-care Ability of Patients with Modified Radical Mastectomy for Breast Cancer

目的探讨聚焦解决护理模式对乳腺癌改良根治术患者术后病耻感、自护能力的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月我院收治的乳腺癌改良根治术患者80例,按照抽签法分为常规护理组(40例,行常规护理干预)与聚集解决护理模式组(40例,行聚集解决护理模式干预)。比较两组护理效果。结果干预前,两组SIS各维度评分及总分、ESCA各维度评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05);干预3个月后,聚集解决护理模式组SIS各维度评分及总分均低于干预前及常规护理组(P<0.05),ESCA各维度评分均高于干预前及常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论聚集解决护理模式有助于降低患者术后病耻感,提高自护能力。

Objective To explore the effect of focused nursing care on postoperative stigma and self-care ability of patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into routine nursing group(40 cases,routine nursing intervention)and cluster solution nursing model group(40 cases the line gathers to solve the nursing mode intervention)according to the lottery method.Compare the nursing effect of the two group.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores and total scores of SIS and ESCA between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention for 3 months,the scores and total scores of SIS in the cluster solution nursing model group were lower than those of the intervention pre-intervention and routine care group(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of ESCA in the pre-intervention and routine care group were higher than those in the pre-intervention and routine care group(P<0.05).Conclusion The collective solution nursing model can help reduce patients'postoperative stigma and improve self-care ability.
