个体化延续护理对高血压患者生存质量和心理情绪的提升评价

Evaluation of the Improvement of the Quality of Life and Psychological Emotion of Hypertension Patients by Individualized Continuous Nursing

目的研究分析在高血压患者中实施个性化延续护理的应用效果,并就提升生存质量及心理情绪变化进行评价。方法研究抽取2019年2月至2021年2月内我院接诊的96例高血压患者,将其纳入观察对象,依照随机数字表分组原则进行分组,即对照组(48例,患者采取常规护理)与观察组(48例,患者采取个性化延续护理干预),对比两组患者的生存质量、焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)和满意度情况。结果护理后,观察组的生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精神健康和情感职能评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(97.92%vs.81.25%),P<0.05。结论针对高血压患者,应用个性化延续护理干预效果显著,有效提升生存质量的同时,改善负性情绪产生,提高护理满意度,临床应用价值高,值得推广。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of personalized continuous nursing in hypertension patients,and to evaluate the improvement of quality of life and psychological and emotional changes.Methods Ninety-six patients with hypertension received in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and included in the observation object.The patients in the control group were divided into groups according to the principle of random digital table group.48 patients in the control group took routine nursing and 48 patients in the observation group took personalized and extended nursing intervention,and compared the quality of life,anxiety(SAS)of the two groups depression(SDS)and satisfaction.Results After nursing,physiological function body pain,social function,mental health and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing in observation group was higher than that of control group(97.92%vs.81.25%),P<0.05.Conclusion For hypertension patients,personalized continuous nursing intervention has a significant effect,effectively improving the quality of life,improving negative emotion production,improving nursing satisfaction,and high clinical application value,which is worth popularizing.
