预见性护理在冠心病心绞痛患者护理过程中的应用与效果分析

Application and Effect Analysis of Predictive Nursing in the Nursing Process of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的探究预见性护理在冠心病心绞痛患者护理过程中的应用与效果。方法选择我院就诊的患者58例纳入研究对象,就诊时间2017年1月至2018年10月。采用抽签法将观察对象分为甲组和乙组,甲组29例患者采取预见性护理,乙组29例患者采取常规护理。观察对比两组患者满意度、不良反应发生情况以及护理前后的生活质量评分。结果满意度调查中,甲组总满意度96.55%,乙组总满意度75.86%,两组比较后得到显著性差异(P<0.05);甲组不良发生率为6.90%,乙组不良发生率为27.59%,两组间具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。护理前两组患者的生活质量比较差异不显著(P>0.05);护理干预后,两组患者的生活质量评分均得到了显著的改善,且观察组的改善效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者采取预见性护理干预指导,改善护理服务质量,还能帮助患者降低不良反应的出现,同时生活质量也得到了很大的改善。

Objective To explore the application and effect of predictive nursing in the nursing process of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods Fifty-eight patients who were selected for treatment in our hospital were included in the study,and the treatment time was from January 2017 to October 2018.The subjects were divided into group A and group B by drawing lots.29 patients in group A were given predictive nursing and 29 patients in group B were treated with routine nursing.The satisfaction,adverse reactions,quality of life and pain before and after nursing were observed and compared between the two groups.Results In the satisfaction survey,the total satisfaction of group A was 96.55%,and the total satisfaction of group B was 75.86%,after the two groups were compared,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence of group A was 6.90%,and the incidence of group B was 27.59%,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The quality of life of the two groups of patients before nursing was not significantly different(P>0.05);after the nursing intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were significantly improved,and the improvement effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris adopt predictive nursing intervention guidance to improve the quality of nursing services,which can also help patients reduce the appearance of adverse reactions,and the quality of life has also been greatly improved.
