以家庭为基础的护理干预对冠心病PCI术后患者远期疗效的影响

Effect of Family-based Nursing Intervention on Long-term Outcomes of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease After PCI

目的评价以家庭为基础的护理干预对冠心病行PCI(经皮冠状动脉介入治疗)术患者术后恢复效果的影响,通过优化护理工作促进冠心病PCI患者术后康复。方法选择我院心内科2017年3月至2018年10月收治行PCI治疗的冠心病患者,总计100例。在PCI治疗基础上,随机分为参照组与试验组。参照组50例冠心病患者行常规随访护理,试验组50例冠心病患者配合以家庭为基础的护理干预。对比参照组与试验组冠心病患者组间出院1年后超声心动图检测结果以及护理工作满意度、生活自理能力、胸痛分级、心功能水平情况。结果与参照组比较,试验组冠心病PCI术患者超声心动图检测结果、生活自理能力评分以及胸痛、心功能分级均明显优于参照组,护理工作满意度高于参照组,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病PCI术后患者而言,以家庭为基础的护理干预可以促进患者术后远期康复,提高患者生存质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of family-based nursing intervention on postoperative recovery of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI(percutaneous coronary intervention),and to promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease by optimizing nursing work.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI during the period from March 2017 to October 1818 in our hospital were selected.On the basis of PCI treatment,randomized follow-up care was conducted between the reference group and the experimental group.In the reference group,50 patients with coronary heart disease underwent routine follow-up care,and 50 patients with coronary heart disease in the experimental group were matched with family-based nursing intervention.The results of echocardiography,nursing job satisfaction,self-care ability,chest pain grading,and cardiac function were compared between the reference group and the experimental group.Results Compared with the reference group,the results of echocardiography,self-care ability score,chest pain and cardiac function were significantly better in the experimental group than in the reference group.The satisfaction of nursing work was higher than that of the reference group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,family-based nursing intervention can promote long-term postoperative rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of patients.
