改良体位护理干预在经股静脉射频消融术后的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Improved Postural Nursing Intervention on Transcatheter Radiofrequency Ablation

目的评价在经股静脉射频消融术患者中实施改良体位护理干预对其各方面的影响。方法将我院2017年8月至2019年3月收治的66例行经股静脉射频消融术的患者划分为两组,经双盲选法后将66例患者分为33例研究组及33例参照组,分别行渐次改变体位管理及常规护理干预,将其护理前后情绪评分,疼痛程度及治疗相关指标(住院时间,并发症发生率及护理总满意度)进行对比。结果护理后两组SAS评分显著低于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组分数比参照组更低,有明显差异(P<0.05)。同时研究组术后12 h轻度疼痛的人数多于参照组,住院时间、并发症发生率及护理满意度与参照组相比存在显著优势,以上数据对比结果有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对于行经股静脉射频消融术的患者来说,实施改良体位护理干预的价值高于常规护理模式,能够显著改善患者痛感及负面情绪,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To evaluate the effects of improved postural nursing interventions on patients undergoing transcatheter radiofrequency ablation.Methods Sixty-six patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation of the femoral vein were enrolled in our hospital from August 2017 to March 2019.After double-blind selection,66 patients were divided into 33 study groups.Thirty-three patients in the reference group gradually changed their position management and routine nursing intervention,and compared their emotional scores,pain levels and treatment-related indicators(hospitalization time,complication rate and total nursing satisfaction).Results The SAS scores of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the number of study components was lower than that of the reference group,with significant differences(P<0.05).At the same time,the number of patients with mild pain at 12 hours after operation was higher than that of the reference group.The hospitalization time,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were significantly superior to the reference group.The comparison results of the above data are significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation of the femoral vein,the value of implementing improved positional nursing intervention is higher than that of conventional nursing mode,which can significantly improve the pain and negative emotions of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
