人性化护理干预用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并心绞痛患者的效果

Effect of Humanized Nursing Intervention on Patients with Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease Complicated with Angina Pectoris

目的分析人性化护理干预在冠心病合并心绞痛患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的98例冠心病合并心绞痛患者开展本次试验,所有患者通过数字表法均分为参照组49例和研究组49例。其中参照组给予常规护理干预,研究组以参照组为基础给予人性化护理干预,比较两组护理效果及满意度。结果研究组的血压指标和心率指标均明显低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度97.96%明显高于参照组81.63%(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病合并心绞痛患者中应用人性化护理,能显著改善患者的血压和心率水平,提升整体护理效果,能有效增加患者的临床护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods Ninetyeight patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected to carry out this experiment.All patients were divided into 49 cases of reference group and 49 cases of research group by digital table method.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given humanized nursing intervention based on the reference group.The nursing effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The blood pressure and heart rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.96% higher than that of the reference group(81.63%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can significantly improve the blood pressure and heart rate level of patients,improve the overall nursing effect,effectively increase the clinical nursing satisfaction of patients.
