细节护理在消化内科护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Detail Nursing in Gastroenterology

目的观察并分析在消化内科护理中应用细节护理模式具有的临床效果。方法选取我院消化内科收治的120例患者为此次研究对象,入选时间为2017年5月至2019年6月。按照入院的先后顺序,将所有患者分成对照组(实施消化内科常规护理干预,60例)与观察组(应用细节护理干预,60例)。统计两组患者的临床护理效果,并进行对比与评价。结果①疼痛症状及心理状态改善方面,观察组患者的VAS疼痛评分,以及SDS(抑郁自评量表)与SAS(焦虑自评量表)评分的下降幅度明显大于对照组,数据差异明显,P<0.05。②护理满意度方面,观察组为96.67%(58/60),相比于对照组的81.67%(49/60)明显升高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③自我管理状况方面,观察组患者护理后的自我护理的能力、技能、责任感等评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于消化内科患者,通过实施细节护理干预,不但可有效缓解其疼痛症状,改善其焦虑、抑郁等负面心理状态,而且还可充分提高患者的自护能力以及对护理服务的满意度,值得临床重视。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of applying detail nursing model in gastroenterology nursing.Methods One hundred and twenty patients admitted to the department of gastroenterology of our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study,and the enrollment time was from May 2017 to June 2019.According to the order of admission,all the patients were divided into the control group(60 cases with routine nursing intervention in gastroenterology)and the observation group(60 cases with detailed nursing intervention).The clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed and compared and evaluated.Results(1)in terms of the improvement of pain symptoms and psychological state,the reduction range of VAS pain score,SDS(self-rating scale for depression)and SAS(self-rating scale for anxiety)score in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,with significant difference in data(P<0.05).(2)in terms of nursing satisfaction,the observation group was 96.67%(58/60),which was significantly higher than 81.67%(49/60)in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(3)in terms of self-management,the self-care ability,skills and sense of responsibility of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients in the department of gastroenterology,through the implementation of detailed nursing intervention,not only can effectively relieve their pain symptoms,improve their anxiety,depression and other negative psychological state,but also can fully improve the patient's self-care ability and satisfaction with nursing services,worthy of clinical attention.
