优质护理对鼻中隔偏曲合并下鼻骨骨折患者预后的影响分析

Effect of High-quality Nursing on Prognosis of Patients with Deviation of Nasal Septum and Fracture of Inferior Nasal Bone

目的探究下鼻骨骨折合并鼻中隔偏曲患者预后采用优质护理的影响。方法将我院收治的68例下鼻骨骨折合并鼻中隔偏曲患者作为本次试验研究对象,采用随机抽样法将其分为两组,每组34例,观察组与对照组分别采取优质护理与常规护理,分析对比两组患者护理效果。结果观察组疼痛评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组94.12%的护理满意度更高,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);对照组76.47%的治疗总有效率明显低于观察组97.06%的治疗总有效率,组间数据对比,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论对下鼻骨骨折合并鼻中隔偏曲患者采用优质护理措施,有利于提升预后效果,改善患者鼻腔通气功能,修复鼻部畸形,减轻患者心理负担,降低发生并发症的概率,减轻疼痛感,提升患者自信心,加快疾病恢复速度。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on prognosis of patients with inferior nasal bone fracture combined with deviation of nasal septum.Methods Sixty-eight cases of inferior nasal bone fracture with deviation of nasal septum in our hospital were selected as the research object.They were divided into two groups by random sampling,34 cases in each group.The observation group and the control group were given high-quality nursing and routine nursing respectively.The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The pain score,anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,94.12% of the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was lower,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of 76.47% of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(97.06%),there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing measures for patients with inferior nasal bone fracture combined with deviation of nasal septum can improve prognosis,nasal ventilation function,repair nasal deformity,reduce psychological burden of patients,reduce the probability of complications,relieve pain,enhance patients'self-confidence,and accelerate the recovery of disease.
