舒适护理在继发性高血压并发脑出血护理中的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Comfort Nursing in Nursing of Secondary Hypertension Complicated with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的研究舒适护理在继发性高血压并发脑出血护理中的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的90例继发性高血压并发脑出血患者,随机分为两组,常规组(45例)行常规护理,干预组(45例)采取舒适护理干预。观察两组干预效果。结果干预组患者的生活能力评分、生活质量评分、巴氏指数评分和神经功能评分均优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的并发症发生率为4.44%,常规组为17.78%,干预组低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组患者护理满意度为97.78%,常规组为80.00%,干预组高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论采用舒适护理对继发性高血压并发脑出血患者进行护理干预效果显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of comfort nursing in the nursing of secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Ninety patients with secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in the routine group and 45 cases in the intervention group.The intervention effects of the two groups were observed.Results The life ability score,quality of life score,Barthel Index score and neurological function score of intervention group were better than those of routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 4.44% in the intervention group and 17.78% in the routine group,which was lower in the intervention group than in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of intervention group was 97.78% and that of routine group was 80.00%.The nursing satisfaction of intervention group was higher than that of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing is effective in nursing intervention for patients with secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage.
