摘要 采用氧化再生和有机溶剂浸渍重生工艺对失活LH-26加氢处理催化剂进行重生,制备出重生催化剂,利用物理吸附仪、X射线衍射仪、碳硫分析仪等仪器分析了其物性,并以脱沥青油为原料,按照工业装置运行工艺条件,对新鲜催化剂和重生催化剂进行加氢活性评价。结果表明:与再生催化剂相比,使用有机溶剂(质量分数8%)浸渍过的重生催化剂比表面积和孔体积均得到有效恢复,有机溶剂起到再分散金属的作用,团聚金属晶型峰强度明显变小;与新鲜催化剂相比,重生催化剂的活性反应温度约高5℃,当反应温度为375~390℃时,重生催化剂生成油中含硫(氮)质量浓度均小于10 mg/L,重质润滑油收率为51.20%~64.30%,其黏度指数为92~105,满足催化剂工业应用要求。 The deactivatied hydrotreating LH-26 catalyst was regenerated by oxidation regeneration and organic solvent impregnation regeneration process separately,then the regenerated catalyst was prepared.The physical properties of the catalyst were analyzed by physical adsorption instrument,X-ray diffraction instrument and carbon sulfur analyzer.The hydrogenation performance of fresh catalyst and the regenerated catalyst was evaluated with deasphalting oil as raw material according to the operation process conditions of industrial unit.The results showed that the specific surface area and pore volume of the regenerated catalyst that impregnated with organic solvent of mass fraction 8%were effectively recovered,the organic solvent had the function of metal re-dispersion and the peak intensity of agglomerated metal crystal was significantly reduced.Compared with the fresh catalyst,the active reaction temperature of the regenerated catalyst was about 5℃higher.When the reaction temperature was 375-390℃,the sulfur and nitrogen mass concentration in product oil which processed by regenerated catalyst were less than 10 mg/L.The yield of heavy lubricating oil was 51.20%-64.30%,and the viscosity index was 92-105.The regenerated catalyst could meet the requirements of industrial application.
