导光板材聚苯乙烯专用树脂GPPS-500NT的结构与性能 被引量:1

摘要 针对中国石油独山子石化公司生产的导光板材专用聚苯乙烯树脂GPPS-500 NT,利用凝胶渗透色谱仪、高压毛细管流变仪、转矩流变仪等仪器表征了该专用料的相对分子质量及其分布、加工性能及热氧稳定性能等,并与其他2种市售同类专用料进行了对比。结果表明:GPPS-500 NT的相对分子质量及其分布、熔体流动速率(MFR)、透光率依次为1.16×105,2.1,0.55 g/min,92.4%;与市售同类专用料相比,GPPS-500 NT的MFR较大,黄色指数、力学性能、热力学性能、光学性能、加工性能相当;3种专用料在强剪切下均发生降解,转矩下降;GPPS-500 NT加入受阻酚类抗氧剂后热氧稳定性能有所提高。 The relative molecular mass and its distribution,processing and thermal oxidation stability performance etc.of the polystyrene guide plate light special resin GPPS-500 NT producted by Dushanzi Petrochemical Company of PetroChina were characterized with gel permeation chromatograph,high pressure capillary rheometer,torque rheometer instruments.And two other same commercially available special resins were also compared.The results showed that number-average ralative molecular mass and its distribution,the melt flow rate(MFR),light transmittance of GPPS-500 NT were 1.16×105,2.1,0.55g/min,92.4%respectively.MFR of GPPS-500 NT was higher than that of the commercial special resins;the yellow index,mechanical properties,thermodynamic properties,optical properties and processing properties were similar.All the three kinds of special resins had been degraded under the strong shear and their torques had decreased.The thermal oxygen stability of GPPS-500 NT was improved after the addition of blocked phenolic antioxidants.
