摘要
介绍了我国电容膜聚丙烯专用树脂的生产现状与市场供需状况,综述了聚合工艺、催化剂以及聚合物洁净化工艺的技术进展,并提出了技术发展方向。指出我国电容膜专用树脂短时间内难以取得大规模增长,未来仍将主要依赖进口资源;等规指数、熔体流动速率、相对分子质量分布等是该专用树脂需控制的主要物性指标,其总灰分及催化剂残留组分是清洁聚丙烯树脂生产重点关注的指标;我国可利用已引进的Spheripol工艺、Chisso气相工艺以及Bostar工艺等聚丙烯生产装置,采用高活性催化剂开发生产电容膜专用树脂。
The present situation of production and market supply and demand of polypropylene resin for capacitor film in China were introduced.The progress of polymerization process,catalyst and polymer purification process were reviewed with 36 references.It was pointed out that it was difficult to obtain large-scale growth of polypropylene capacitor film resin in China in short time,and the growth of polypropylene capacitor film resin would depend mainly on imported resources in the future.The isotacticity index,melt flow rate,relative molecular weight distribution and so on were the main physical property indexes of the special material control of capacitor film.The total ash and the residual components of catalyst were the most important indexes in production of clean polypropylene resin.It could be developed and produced special polypropylene resin for capacitor film by using high activity catalyst and the imported polypropylene production unit in China,such as Spheripol process,Chisso gas phase process and Bostar process.
