农村地区事实孤儿心理健康状况调研

Investigation on the Mental Health Status of De Facto Orphans in Rural Areas

本文采用周步成教授修订的《心理健康诊断量表(MHT)》为测量工具,通过整群随机抽样和入户访谈调研的方法对四川省绵阳市农村地区事实孤儿心理健康状况展开了调查研究。结果表明:符合调研要求的81位事实孤儿中,41.98%的事实孤儿存在身心健康问题倾向,总分平均分明显高于同龄其他群体中小学生,且8个分量表因子均存在问题倾向个体,并达到66人次;女性事实孤儿在总得分、学习焦虑、孤独倾向、自责倾向和恐怖症状上与男性事实孤儿存在显著差异;不同学段事实孤儿在学习焦虑、对人焦虑和自责倾向因子上也显示出显著差异。研究结果为开展农村地区事实孤儿心理健康帮扶提供了理论依据。

This study uses the“Mental Health Diagnostic Scale(MHT)”revised by Professor Zhou Bucheng as a measurement tool to investigate and study the mental health status of de facto orphans in rural areas of Mianyang City,Sichuan Province through cluster random sampling and household interviews.The results show that 41.98% of the de facto orphans have the tendency of physical and mental health problems among the 81 de facto orphans that meet the requirements of the survey.The average of the total score is significantly higher than that of other groups of primary and secondary school students of the same age,and the eight subscale factors are all problem-prone individuals,and up to 66 person-times.Female de facto orphans are significantly different from male factual orphans in 5 items including total score,learning anxiety,loneliness tendency,self-accusation tendency and terror symptoms.There were also significant differences about de facto orphans of different school stage in learning anxiety,anxiety towards others and self-accusation tendency about.The research results provide a theoretical basis for carrying out mental health assistance for de facto orphans.
