摘要
对RV减速器零部件进行CAD参数化建模,建立了摆线轮修形量、零件尺寸误差的参数化装配模型。基于多体动力学仿真技术,建立了轴承游隙、轮齿接触、针齿与针齿槽接触的动力学仿真模型。考虑影响RV减速器角传动误差的小周期因素,选取同一装配尺寸链中的针齿中心圆直径与针齿槽直径,进行误差组合,并在额定工况下进行动力学仿真,分析角传动误差的变化规律。
The CAD parametric modeling of RV reducer parts is carried out,and the parametric assem-bling model of cycloidal gear modification amount and dimension error of parts is established.Based on multi-body dynamics simulation technology,with bearing clearance,dynamics simulation model that includes gearcontact and pin-slot contact is established.Considering the small period factors that affect the angular transmis-sion error of RV reducer,the diameter of the needle tooth center circle and the diameter of the needle toothgroove in the same assembly dimension chain are selected to combine the errors,and the dynamics simulation iscarried out under rated working conditions,the variation rule of the angular transmission error is analyzed.
