摘要
以一台实际运转的屏蔽泵为例,研究在变工况下离心泵的性能。离心泵在设计时,一般将泵水力效率高的区间内,选择为泵的额定工况点,以此获得最好的能效比,但离心泵除了离心泵的额定点之外,对于一些泵的偏离工况点在离心泵设计与优化时,是必须要考虑的问题,因为泵运行过程中在很多情况,或很长时间(设备实际运行需要)都要在偏离工况点或者变工况点下运行。
Taking an actually-operated canned pump as an example, this paper researches the performance of centrifugal pump under variable working condition. When the centrifugal pump is designed, the high hydraulic efficiency range of the pump is generally selected as the rated working condition point so as to get the best energy efficiency ratio, but some deviated working condition points of the centrifugal pump must be considered during design and optimization in addition to the rated point, because the pump should operate at the deviated or variable working condition point in many cases or much of the time(on the actual operation require of the equipment).
