摘要 无论是任何形式的电机,都涉及能量转换(机械能到电能),在这种能量此消彼长的转换过程中,能量损失即损耗是不可避免的,在电机设计过程中应将损耗的分布与占比计算的准确,精确性越高,电机性能设计误差就越小,更能够准确的达到电机综合性能的要求。随着现代工业对电机的要求,需要电机在各种复杂工况下运行工作,这提升了能量(损耗)损失的准确计算的难度。以永磁电机为例,研究探讨永磁电机多工况下的损耗计算。 Whether any type of motors, they are all involved in energy conversion(from mechanical energy to electrical energy). In the reciprocal transformation process of energy, the energy consumption i.e. loss is inevitable. In the process of motor design, the loss distribution and proportion should be calculated accurately. The higher the accuracy, the smaller design error of motor performance, and more accurate overall performance requirement of the motor will be achieved. With the requirements of modern industry, the motors need to operate under various complex working conditions, which increases the difficulty of accurate calculation of energy consumption(loss). Taking a permanent-magnet motor as an example, this paper studies and discusses the loss calculation of permanent-magnet motor under multiple working conditions.
