摘要
离心泵作为通用的旋转机械设备,广泛的应用于工程中的各个领域,离心泵在工作时其内部流场会对驱动端转子系统及泵体有流体激励作用,这种动载荷表现为流体或流场的压力的脉动,研究整个机组和旋转轴系的振动特性的关键,某型离心泵流场计算为例,对其流场外特性及其激励进行了数值仿真计算分析,在水泵等旋转机械振动分析领域具有一定的工程指导意义。
As a general-purpose rotating mechanical equipment,the centrifugal pump iswidely used in various fields of engineering.When the centrifugal pump is working,its internalflow field will have a fluid excitation effect on the rotor system at driving end and the pumpbody.This dynamic load is expressed as the pressure pulsation of a fluid or flow field,which isthe key to research the vibration characteristics of the entire unit and its rotating shaft system.Taking the flow field calculation of a certain type of centrifugal pump as an example,this papercarries out the calculation and analysis of flow field external characteristics and excitation basedon numerical simulation.It has a certain engineering guiding significance in the field of vibra-tion analysis of rotating machineries such as water pump.
