摘要
旋转电机在能源、核电、石化等许多行业中应用广泛,电机运转过程中的振动一直是设备工厂与设备使用用户关注的重点,电机振动是转子-机壳-基础系统动力作用的外现形式,对动力系统的研究是了解振动的不可或缺的重要步骤。转子系统作为动力系统的关键环节以及最主要动力源,在振动分析中发挥着重要作用。以一台旋转电机为例,研究轴承间隙及转子自身不平衡对转子振动的影响。
The rotating electric machines are widely used in many industries such as ener-gy sources,nuclear power and petrochemicals.The vibration during operation of the electricmachine has always been the focus of equipment factories and equipment users.The vibration ofelectric machine is the appearance form of dynamic action of rotor-housing-foundation system,and the study of this dynamic system is an indispensable critical step of understanding vibra-tion.As the key link and main power source of the power system,the rotor system plays an im-portant role in vibration analysis.Taking a rotating electric machine as an example,this paperstudy the influence of bearing clearance and rotor imbalance on the vibration of rotor.
