摘要
钛酸铋钠(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_(3),简称BNT)具有优异的铁电性能,研究发现在BNT的多元体系固溶体的准同型相界(MPB)附近可以获得优异的电学性能,因此受到大量学者研究关注。分析了近年来BNT基无铅铁电陶瓷在电致应变、热释电和储能领域的研究进展,着重介绍了BNT基铁电陶瓷改性后的性能,并对BNT基无铅铁电陶瓷体系的特性进行了总结和展望。
Sodium bismuth titanate(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_(3),referred to as BNT)has excellent ferroelectric properties.It is found that excellent electrical properties can be obtained near the MPB of the multi-component system solid solution of BNT,which is studied by a large number of scholars.In this paper,the research progress of BNT-based lead-free ferroelectric ceramics in the fields of electro-strain,pyroelectric and energy storage in recent years is analyzed.The properties of BNT-based ferroelectric ceramics after modification are emphatically introduced.Furthermore,the characteristics of BNT-based lead-free ferroelectric ceramic system are summarized and prospected.
