荆条叶中挥发油提取与分离实验研究

摘要 对荆条叶中挥发油成分进行分离与鉴定。运用水蒸气蒸馏法提取荆条叶中的挥发油,挥发油混合物利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分离及结构鉴定,用气相色谱面积归一法计算得到混合物中各个成分的相对含量。结论:从荆条叶挥发油中鉴定出了75种化合物,其主要组分是反式石竹烯(34.45%)、石竹素(5.78%)、(E)-β-金合欢烯(5.16%)、乙酸松油(3.66%)、Α-布藜烯(3.53%)。 Purpose:To isolate and identify the volatile oil components in Vitex vulgaris leaves.Methods:Steam distillation was used to extract the volatile oil from Vitex vulgaris leaves.The volatile oil mixture was separated and structured by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The relative percentage of each component in the mixture was calculated by gas chromatography area normalization method.Conclusion:75 compounds have been identified from the volatile oil of Vitex officinalis,the main components of which are trans-caryophyllene(34.45%),caryophyllin(5.78%),(E)-β-farnesene(5.16%),and acetic acid Pine oil(3.66%),alpha-bronene(3.53%).
