用无炭黑配方评价氯丁橡胶硫化特性及拉伸性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用无炭黑配方评价硫黄和硫醇调节型氯丁橡胶(CR)的硫化特性及硫化胶拉伸性能。结果表明,氧化镁的比表面积影响CR的硫化速率,随着氧化镁比表面积的增加,硫化效率提高;氧化镁的比表面积对硫化胶的拉伸性能也有一定影响。采用无炭黑配方A或配方B评价硫醇调节型CR的硫化特性和拉伸性能,评价结果不具可比性。无炭黑配方可应用于评价硫黄和硫醇调节型CR的硫化特性和拉伸性能,试验结果的精密度能达到ASTM D 3190—2006(2010)的要求。 The curing characteristics and tensile properties of sulfur and mercaptan modified chloroprene rubber(CR)were evaluated using carbon black free formulation were studied.The results showed that the specific surface area of magnesium oxide(MgO)affected the curing rate of CR,with the increase of the specific surface area of MgO,the curing efficiency improved.The specific surface area of MgO also effected the tensile properties of vulca-nizated CR.The carbon black free formulation A and formulation B were applicable to evaluate curing characteristics and tensile properties of mercaptan modified CR,and the evaluation results may not be compareable.The carbon black free formulation was suitable for evaluating the curing characteristics and tensile properties of sulfur modified and mercaptan modified CR,and the precision of the test results could meet the requirements of ASTM D 3190—2006(2010).
