摘要
为了提高羧基丁腈橡胶(XNBR)的物理机械性能和导热性能,采用化学剥离法对氮化硼进行剥离,并采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮对氮化硼纳米片进行改性,制备了改性氮化硼纳米片(PBNNS)。考察了PBNNS的用量对XNBR物理机械性能和导热性能的影响。结果表明,当PBNNS用量为3.0份时,PBNNS/XNBR硫化胶的综合性能较佳,拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、100%定伸应力及300%定伸应力分别提高了52.43%,5.06%,27.43%和38.02%,导热性能提高了41.87%。
Modified boron nitride nanosheets(PBNNS)were synthesized by exfoliating boron nitride and then modified with polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)in this work[1-2].PBNNS/carboxylated nitrile rubber(XNBR)nanocomposites were prepared by mixing PBNNS suspension with XNBR latex followed by curing process.The formulation of PBNNS/XNBR compound was XNBR 100.0 phr(mass,the same below),accelerator 4010 NA 2.0 phr,zinc oxide 2.0 phr,stearic acid 2.4 phr,accelerator CZ 2.2 phr,sulfur 1.5 phr and PBNNS variable.
