乡村小规模学校分层分流发展的必要与可能

摘要 乡村小规模学校的发展困境,本质上是粗放发展导致的学校质量薄弱和师生外流的困境。乡村小规模学校难以满足群众需求之处,在于家长渴求优质教育胜于就近入学、青年教师渴求的专业体验与专业发展在小规模学校难以实现。为防止乡村小规模学校陷入学生学业不佳、学校缺乏竞争力的恶性循环,政府需在关注托底教育的基础上,更多谋划集约型的优质乡村教育,分层分流,投入要素办好“规模校”和聚焦复式教学盘活“小微校”。 In essence,the plights of small-scale schools in rural areas are the poor quality of the schools and the outflow of teachers and students caused by extensive development.People’s dissatisfaction with this kind of schools lies in the fact that parents crave for high-quality education rather than nearby enrollment.In order to prevent this type of schools from falling into a vicious circle that the students underperform in academic study and the schools lack core competitiveness,the government,on the basis of paying attention to the basic education,needs to plan more intensive and high-quality rural education,stratify and diverge the schools,put more efforts to run“scale schools”well and focus on combined instruction to vitalize the“small and micro schools”.
