CT引导下微波消融与粒子植入治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨CT引导微波消融与粒子植入治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月在郴州市第一人民医院行CT引导下微波消融术与粒子植入治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者62例。根据手术方式不同分为对照组(粒子植入术)与观察组(微波消融术),每组31例。比较2组术后并发症以及术后6个月时手术效果与病情控制情况。采用ECOG量表评分评估2组治疗前及治疗后6个月时的健康状况。结果观察组总并发症发生率(25.8%)高于对照组(6.45%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月时观察组治疗有效率和疾病控制率分别为77.4%和96.8%,对照组治疗有效率和疾病控制率分别为74.2%和90.3%,2组比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);组间比较2组患者治疗前及治疗后6个月时的ECOG评分,其差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论CT引导微波消融术与粒子植入术治疗非小细胞肺癌治疗效果相当,但是微波消融术的患者并发症发生率高于粒子植入术患者。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of CT-guided microwave ablation and particle implantation in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Sixty-two patients with NSCLC who underwent CT-guided microwave ablation(observation group,31 patients)and particle implantation(control group,31 patients)in Imaging Medicine Center of Chenzhou First People’s from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected in this study.Postoperative complications and surgical effect and disease control at 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups.The ECOG scale was used to evaluate the health status before and 6 months after treatment.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group(25.8%)was obviously higher than that in the control group(6.45%)(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the effective rate(77.4%vs 74.2%)and disease control rate(96.8%vs 90.3%)(P>0.05).In addition,the differences in ECOG scores were not significant between the two groups before and 6 months after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion CT-guided microwave ablation is comparable to particle implantation in the treatment of NSCLC.However,CT-guided microwave ablation is associated with a higher incidence of complications than particle implantation.
