摘要
随着我国对工业废气排放,尤其是重污染工业产生的高温含尘烟气排放标准的提高,耐高温纤维空气过滤材料以其优异的性能越来越受到人们的关注。首先介绍了耐高温滤料常用的聚苯硫醚、聚酰亚胺、聚四氟乙烯、芳纶和芳砜纶等有机纤维,以及玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维和陶瓷纤维等无机纤维的性能特点,然后重点分析了针刺、水刺和静电纺丝三种纤维空气过滤材料的加工工艺和产品性能。
With the standard of industrial exhaust gas emission improving,especially for high temperature dustcontaining exhaust gas produced by heavy polluting industry,the fiber air filtration media with high temperature resistant has attracted more attention due to their excellent performance.The characteristics of organic and inorganic fibers commonly used for high temperature resistant filtration media were firstly introduced.The organic fibers included polyphenylene sulfide fiber,polyimide fiber,polytetrafluoroethylene fiber,aramid fiber and polysulfonamide fiber.The inorganic fibers contained glass fiber,basalt fiber and ceramic fiber.Secondly,the process and productions used for air fiber filtration of needle punching,hydroentanglement and electrospinning were analyzed.
