摘要
农作物秸秆中富含天然纤维素,将其引入吸水材料的制备,既可降低原材料的成本,又可提高吸水材料的生物降解性。目前,以秸秆为原材料制备吸水材料的主要方法是将极性单体与秸秆进行接枝共聚。总结归纳了制备秸秆基吸水材料的3种不同方法:自由基聚合法、光辐射聚合法和共混合复合法,并对所制备吸水材料的性能进行了分析。结果表明秸秆基吸水材料与传统的高吸水性材料相比,价格更低、工艺流程更简洁、降解性能更佳。
The crop straw is rich in natural cellulose,and its introduction into the preparation of water-absorbing material can not only reduce the cost of raw materials,but also improve the biodegradability of absorbent materials.At present,the main method of preparing water absorbing material from straw is graft copolymerization of polar monomer and straw.Three different methods of straw based water absorbent were summarized:free radical polymerization,light radiation polymerization,blending and compounding.The properties of the prepared water absorbent were analyzed.The analysis shown that compared with the traditional super absorbent materials,the straw-based absorbent materials had the advantages of low cost,simple process and degradation performance was better.
