棒状有机硅材料的合成及其油气吸附性能研究

摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶法通过加入不同比例有机硅源进行功能化,合成高比表面积,大孔容和不同长径比的棒状有机硅,并通过透射电子显微镜、N2吸-脱附、红外光谱等手段对样品形貌、结构等进行表征,考察和比较棒状有机硅材料与商业化活性炭(AC)和硅胶(SG)的静、动态吸附性能。结果表明:棒状有机硅材料具有高吸附容量、解吸完全和吸附性能稳定等优点,使其在油气吸附应用领域具有很好的应用前景。 Rod-like organosiliceous materials were synthesized by sol-gel method and functionlized by adding organic source.The synthesized materials have high surface areas,pore volumes and different ratios.The samples were characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM),N2 absorption-desorption,infrared to obtain the structure and morphology information.The static and dynamic adsorption properties of the materials were investigated with commercial activated carbon(AC)and silica gel(SG)as references.The experimental results shown that the materials had high adsorption capacity,desorption efficiency and stability,which made them potential application in the field of oil vapor adsorption.
