摘要 针对上海某“城中村”改造项目土壤污染状况初步调查中发生的生产企业资料缺失的情况,使用感应电磁技术对地块进行全覆盖扫描,根据地下6 m以上地层综合视电导率变化规律,对地块整体污染情况进行分析,并根据现场踏勘、人员访谈、资料收集和感应电磁法物探结果进行点位布设和采样检测。结果显示,除部分区域受地坪和钢筋影响外,地块整体电导率无明显变化;结合地块企业情况和感应电磁法物探结果,确认地块无地下储罐和有毒有害物质运输管线;地块土壤和地下水受污染风险较低。通过调查采样检测分析发现,地块土壤和地下水环境质量满足住宅用地的开发使用要求。 In view of the lack of data of production enterprises in the preliminary investigation of soil pollution status of a"village in city"reconstruction project in Shanghai,the induced electromagnetic technology was used to scan the whole plot,and the comprehensive apparent conductivity variation law of the strata above 6 m underground was used to analyze the whole block pollution.According to the field survey,personnel interview,data collection and induction electromagnetic geophysical prospecting results,the point layout and sampling detection were carried out.The results showed that:except some areas are affected by the floor and steel bars,the overall conductivity of the plot has no obvious change;combined with the enterprise situation of the plot and the results of inductive electromagnetic geophysical prospecting,it was confirmed that there is no underground storage tank and transportation pipeline for toxic and harmful substances;the risk of soil and groundwater pollution is low.Through the investigation,sampling,detection and analysis,it was found that the environmental quality of soil and groundwater meets the development and use requirements of residential land.
