芦沟矿底抽巷锚注加固技术应用与研究 被引量:3

Application and research of bolt-grouting reinforcementing technology for floor gas-drainage roadway in Lugou Mine

摘要 芦沟煤矿地处豫西三软煤层矿区,32141底抽巷作为32141工作面掘进前及回采前在二1煤层底板内的瓦斯抽放巷,巷道埋深相对较深且围岩松软破碎。通过对原支护调查及围岩取样的实验分析,得知巷帮和底板泥岩无水强度较高,遇水分解,且含有膨胀性矿物,易造成巷道底鼓。针对以上情况且结合实际,对巷道进行了不同方案的数值计算,经过比较分析最终采用“锚网索喷+锚注”联合支护技术,利用锚杆注浆来强化巷道两帮和底板泥岩的强度,再配合锚杆、锚索达到锚杆、锚索和注浆加固围岩之间的协同支护能有效控制巷道底鼓。实践检验证明,锚注支护大大提高了围岩的支护效果。 Lugou Coal Mine is located in the three-soft coal seam mining area of Henan Province western.32141 floor drainage roadway is used as the gas drainage roadway in the floor ofⅡ1 coal seam before driving and mining of 32141 working face.The roadway is relatively deep and the surrounding rock is soft and broken.Through the investigation of the original supporting and the experimental analysis of the surrounding rock sampling,it is known that the mud-stone of the roadway ribs and floor has high strength without water,it decomposes when it comes to water,and it contains expansive minerals,which is easy to cause the floor heave of the roadway.In view of the above situation and combined with the reality,the numerical calculation of different schemes of the roadway was carried out.After comparative analysis,the combined supporting technology of"bolt&cable and bolt-grouting"was finally adopted.The bolt grouting was used to strengthen the strength of the two ribs of the roadway and the floor mud-stone,and then combined with the bolt and cable to achieve the collaborative supporting among the bolt&cable and grouting reinforcement surrounding rock,which can effectively control the roadway floor heave.The practice showed that the bolt grouting supporting greatly improves the supporting effect of surrounding rock.
