高温激光共聚焦动态观察用无腐蚀试样的制备

摘要 采用传统金相试样制备方法制备出的试样在高温激光共聚焦显微镜中观察时,由于相界面的腐蚀不均匀,图像会出现局部发黑情况。以GCr15钢为例,采用一种新方法制备出了适合用高温激光共聚焦显微镜观察的金相试样。结果表明:GCr15钢经3μm抛光液抛光20 min+1μm抛光液抛光20 min+50%(质量分数)硅溶胶抛光20 min的组合抛光,在高温激光共聚焦显微镜下可以清晰观察到GCr15钢原始组织中的珠光体,扫描电镜可见其相界面连续、无腐蚀产物。该种制样方法适用于由两种或多种软硬相组成的材料。 When the metallographic samples prepared by traditional metallographic sample preparation methods were observed in high temperature laser confocal microscope, the image will blacken locally due to the uneven corrosion of the phase interface. Taking GCr15 steel as an example, the metallographic sample suitable for high temperature laser confocal microscope observation was prepared by a new method. The results show that the pearlite in the original structure of GCr15 steel can be observed clearly under the high temperature laser confocal microscope when GCr15 steel was polished with 3 μm polishing solution for 20 min+1 μm polishing solution for 20 min+50%(mass fraction) silica sol for 20 min. Scanning electron microscope showed that the phase interface was continuous and there was no corrosion product. The metallographic sample preparation method is suitable for materials composed of two or more kinds of hard and soft phases.
