连续封隔体控水工艺技术在海上油田的应用 被引量:6

摘要 为了评估连续封隔体控水技术在海上砂岩油藏及裂缝性油藏的控水效果,开展连续封隔体控水技术机理及试验研究。利用连续封隔体充填至井筒与完井管柱的环空及地层裂缝,取代封隔器轴向封隔,裂缝阻流,控流过滤器能根据不同流体黏度变化径向限流,实现油井精细化分段、流量控制的技术优势,均衡油井各段产能贡献,油水界面均匀推进,达到了油井控水目的。结合油藏性质及连续封隔体控水技术特点,海上油田累计开展了12井次的连续封隔体技术现场应用。通过连续封隔体技术实施前后的生产数据对比,结果表明,连续封隔体控水工艺技术实施成功率100%,增油和降水成功率高于90%,累计增油10×104 m 3以上,降水超10×106 m 3,投入产出比高达1∶10以上,总体控水增油效果好。项目研究成果及现场应用效果,对后续连续封隔体控水技术在海上油田的推广应用具有重要的参考和借鉴意义。 In order to evaluate the effectiveness of continuous packer water control technology in offshore sandstone reservoirs and fractured reservoirs,the mechanism and experimental study of continuous packer water control technology were conducted.Using continuous packer filling to the wellbore and well completion string annulus and the formation cracks,replace the axial packer,the packer cracks choke,the flow control filter can limit the flow radially according to the change of the viscosity of different fluids,has realized the oil well fine segmentation,advanced flow control,balancing oil wells productivity contribution paragraphs,uniform oil-water interface and the purpose of oil well water control.Combined with the characteristics of reservoir properties and continuous packer water control technology,12 wells of continuous packer field application have been carried out in offshore oilfield.Through the comparison of production data before and after the implementation of continuous packer technology,the results show that the success rate of continuous packer technology is 100%,the success rate of oil increase and precipitation is higher than 90%,the cumulative oil increase is more than 10×104 m 3,the precipitation is more than 10×106 m 3,the input-output ratio is more than 1:10,and the overall effect of water control and oil increase is good.The results of this study can be used for reference in the future application of the technology in offshore oil field.
