页岩气多井组平台地面测试工艺流程优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 页岩气测试流程及装备主要来源于传统的“高温高压高含硫”井地面流程,兼顾了常规及非常规天然气井的作业需求,存在流程占地广、设备处理能力过剩、不能掌握单井实时数据等问题。针对上述问题,优化井口并联分流模块,开发复式降压分流管汇,提高了测试设备一体化和集成化程度,简化了工艺流程;将不分离气液两相计量技术引入页岩气地面计量,取消部分计量用分离器、计量管线以及管汇,形成了适用于页岩气多井组平台的“单井单独计量、平台集中分离”工艺。通过上述技术措施,页岩气地面测试工艺流程得到进一步完善和简化,又能够实现一个平台的各井钻磨桥塞、错峰除砂、连续排液、单井实时计量等功能,为页岩气高效、低成本的工厂化开发提供了技术支撑。 Shale gas well testing system and equipment mainly come from traditional“high temperature,high pressure and high H 2S content”well testing,and operation requirements of both traditional and non-traditional natural gas wells have been taken into consideration,and therefore,there are problems such as large occupying area of the well testing system,excess disposing capacity of well testing equipment,failure to acquire single well real time data,etc.To solve the above problems,the wellhead diverting module is optimized and the integrated throttling and diverting module is developed,so as to improve the degree of well testing equipment integration and simplify well testing system;besides,the non-separating two phase metering technology is introduced into the shale gas well testing,and some testing separators,pipelines and manifolds are simplified and the technology of using two-phase flow meter to meter single well gas and liquid and using testing separator to separate pad well gas and liquid has been formed.Based on the above-mentioned technical measures,the well testing system for shale gas has been improved and optimized,which possesses functions such as milling bridge plugs,removing sands,continual liquid unloading,real-time single well gas/liquid metering,providing technical support for shale gas efficient and low-cost industrial development.
