摘要
为解决350采油树承压与酸化施工限压之间的矛盾,将油管封隔器在带压状态下投送至油管内部预定位置并坐封,实现油管内部封堵,隔离油管内部压力通道,从而保护井口装置,进行正常的酸化作业,因此研制了一种新型带压投送井口保护装置。介绍了带压投送井口保护装置的主要结构、工作原理、主要技术性能参数以及性能特点,进一步完善了注水井不动管柱酸化施工工艺,并在大港油田板X井进行了现场应用。现场应用结果表明,带压投送井口保护装置成功完成了注水井不动管柱酸化施工,创大港油田350型采油树不动管柱酸化施工最大压力记录,具有较广泛的应用前景。
In order to solve the contradiction between pressure bearing of 350 Christmas tree and pressure limit of acidification construction,the tubing packer is delivered to the predetermined position inside the tubing under pressure and set,to achieve internal plugging of the tubing and isolate the internal pressure passage of the tubing,thereby protecting the wellhead device and performing normal acidification operations.So,a new type snubbing delivery well-head protection assembly was developed.The main structure,working principle,main technical performance parameters as well as performance characteristics of the snubbing delivery well-head protection assembly were introduced.The water injection well without moving column acidification construction process was further perfected,and was carried out field test in Dagang Oilfield well Ban X.The field test results show that the snubbing delivery well-head protection assembly successfully completed water injection wells without moving column acidification construction process,and set a maximum pressure record without moving column acidification construction of 350 type Christmas tree in Dagang Oilfield with more extensive application prospects.
