Kidney-yang deficiency syndrome,as a very common disorder in clinic,relates to internal medicine,surgical,gynecology,pediatrics and various diseases.The major elements of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome includes locating in kidney and vital gate,characterized as deficient and cold,tendency into mild or severe deficient cold syndrome or fire wandering away the base,manifests as deficient kidney Yang syndrome(mild deficient and cold),decline of kidney Yang(severe deficient and cold)and fire wandering away the base(deficient flame off roots)and usually involves other syndromes such as Yang deficiency of kidney and spleen,Yang deficiency of kidney and heart,Yang deficiency of kidney and lungs and Yang deficiency of kidney and liver.In this article,the main causes,core pathogenesis,manifestation,pathogenic analysis and treatment were demonstrated.Recognizing syndrome elements,basic categories and associating syndromes of Kidney-yang Deficiency Syndrome is very important and necessary in standardizing syndromes and related disorders in clinic.
