五音疗法与五脏调养理论探析

Theoretical Analysis of Five Yin Therapy and Five Zang Organs Recuperation

五音疗法是以五行为基础,通过宫、商、角、徵、羽5种民族调式音乐的特性与五脏五行关系治疗疾病的一种特殊疗法。目前关于五音疗法的研究鲜有从音乐维度对五音进行阐释者。本文试从音乐和中医两个角度切入介绍五音及五音疗法,以期能将两个领域关于五音的内容更好的融合。本文从音乐理论基础来理解中医五音,以《黄帝内经》经典理论为基础阐释五音疗法对五脏调养的机理,进而对五音疗法治疗五脏疾病理论进行初步探索,以期能为五音疗法的临床应用与医学研究提供借鉴。

Wuyin therapy is a special therapy based on the theory of five-element,which treats diseases through the relationship between the five-element and the characteristics of five kinds of ethnic tunes music,namely Gong,Shang,Jue,Zhi and Yu.At present,there are few studies on Wuyin therapy in the musical dimension.This paper tries to introduce the Wuyin and Wuyin therapy from the perspective of music and traditional Chinese medicine,in order to better integrate the contents of the two fields on the Wuyin,try to understand the Wuyin of traditional Chinese medicine from the basis of music theory,and explain the mechanism of Wuyin therapy on five Zang organs nourishment based on the classic theory of the Inner Canon of Huangdi,and then preliminarily explore the theory of Wuyin therapy in the treatment of five viscera diseases.It can provide reference for clinical application and medical research of Wuyin therapy.
