“双高计划”的实施引领高职院校高质量发展。我国高职院校科研管理目前仍然存在一些短板,需要从思维导向、平台建设、科研管理系统、科研机制改革、风险防控等多个方面构建符合“双高计划”导向的科研协同创新体系。

The implementation of“Double-high Plan”leads a high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.There are still some deficiencies in scientific research management of Higher Vocational Colleges in China.It is necessary to build a scientific research collaborative innovation system in accordance with the“Double-high Plan”from the aspects of thinking orientation,platform construction,scientific research management system,scientific research mechanism reform,risk prevention and control.
