摘要
管理学课程具有多学科交叉的综合性特点,基础理论知识点多,很容易陷入“重理论、轻实践”窠臼。引入OBE成果导向教学法,充分依托现代教育技术,将慕课、微课、SPOC等教法与课堂教学相结合,打造混合式教学模式,便于学生从知识认知、体验、感悟中,围绕典型案例来拓展和习得知识,提升学生对管理学知识的理解和应用能力。注重学生体验,遵循反向设计、正向施教原则,衔接线上、线下教学,提升管理学课程教学质量。
Management course has the comprehensive characteristics of interdisciplinary and many basic theory knowledge points,it is easy to fall into the“heavy theory,light practice”pattern.The introduction of OBE achievement-oriented teaching method,fully relying on modern educational technology,combining teaching methods such as admiration,micro-class,SPOC and so on with classroom teaching,creates a mixed teaching model,which is convenient for students to expand and acquire knowledge around typical cases from knowledge cognition,experience and perception,and to enhance students’understanding and application ability of management knowledge.Pay attention to students’experience,follow the principle of reverse design and positive teaching,connect online and offline teaching,and improve the teaching quality of management course.
