直接采样-智能预控图法快速采集固定污染源挥发性有机物

摘要 建立一种可用于固定污染源废气中挥发性有机物样品快速采集的直接采样-智能预控图法。该方法基于气袋能够采集到具有代表性全组分样品的特点,以目标化合物的含量能够在分析方法线性范围内准确定量为目的,利用分析方法的检出限、曲线范围、曲线中间点及可接受误差范围、排放标准限值及样品初步估计浓度建立预控图模型,通过预控图智能绘制和结果筛选程序对最佳取样体积进行筛选,最终实现挥发性有机物样品的快速采集。实验结果表明:以最佳取样体积制备的低、中、高浓度样品,其测试结果中目标化合物满意率均在90%以上,预控效果理想。 This paper presents direct sampling-intelligent pre-control chart method(DS-IPCM)for quick sampling of volatile or⁃ganic compound(VOCs)in stationary source emission.The method is based on the facts that the airbag can collect representative samples of all components and that the content of target compound can be determined within the linear range of the analytical meth⁃od.The pre-control chart model was built by using detection limit,curve range,middle point and acceptable error range of the analy⁃sis method,as well as emission standard limit and preliminarily estimated content of sample.The optimal sampling volume was screened by intelligent drawing of pre-control chart and result screening program,and the quick collection of VOCs samples was real⁃ized.The experimental results show that the target compounds have satisfactory rate of above 90%for all samples prepared by the optimal sampling volume at low,medium and high concentrations,respectively,indicating an excellent pre-control effect.
