摘要
随着互联网技术的发展,电子商务也迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。网络购物是电子商务的核心支撑,如今人们的日常生活和工作早已离不开网络购物,B2C电子商城购物已经得到了大众的认可。基于此,本文针对电子商城购物网站进行研究,并且从用户的角度出发使用黑盒测试方法先后对订单测试、商品推荐、购物车、促销商品以及搜索等性能进行测试,以提高用户的满意度。
With the development of Internet technology,e-commerce has also ushered in an unprecedented spring,and online shopping is the core support of e-commerce.Nowadays,people's daily life and work have long been inseparable from online shopping,especially shopping in B2C electronic malls.This aspect has been recognized by the public.Therefore,this article conducts a research on the applicability of testing electronic mall shopping websites,and from the user's point of view,using black box testing methods,from order testing,product recommendation,shopping cart,promotional products,search Tests are carried out in terms of functionality and performance,with the main core goal of improving user satisfaction,and continuous updating of iterative humanized technology for the purpose.
