摘要
专利申请量是学术界在比较各国科技创新水平和能力时常用的定量指标之一。在实证分析中,笔者以中国科协数据库中欧盟电力通信专利申请量为数据样本,使用因子分析法和对应分析法对样本进行处理并分析后,得出近年来欧盟在该技术领域中热门研发的技术子类和该领域内技术子类分布的情况。分析结果表明,R型因子分析法结合R-Q型因子分析法的研究方法对该类问题进行研究能取得良好的效果,能够较好地满足专利计量中定性分析与定量分析的需求。
When academic world measure the national science and technology innovation and ability levels,the number of patents applied is one commonly used quantitative indicator.On real-life examples analyzing,we choose the number of EU 2005-2012 patent applications in the field of electric power communication technology as a sample.By using factor analysis and correspondence analysis to handle the samples,we conclude the status and distribution of EU top R&D subclass in this technology field.By the result of analyzing,we find that using R factor analysis combine with R-Q factor analysis can bring good results.So we conclude that this method can satisfy the needs of patent metrology qualitative and quantitative analysis.
