摘要
为确定输电导线脱冰过程中的应力分布情况,提高输电线路脱冰时的安全性,基于输电导线的Beam单元简化模型和三维实体精细有限元模型,以JL/G1A-400/35型导线为例,采用ABAQUS计算分析了典型覆冰导线脱冰过程中的动力响应。研究发现:在只考虑钢、铝材料弹性的情况下,覆冰厚度25 mm时,导线脱冰过程中铝的应力会超过其屈服极限。在脱冰研究时,Beam单元简化模型会低估导线的应力,若需精确获取导线的应力分布,应采用三维实体精细化模型进行计算。
In order to accurately determine the stress distribution in the process of transmission line ice⁃shedding and improve the safety of ice⁃shedding,this paper calculates the dynamic response of JL/G1A-400/35 in the process of ice⁃shedding based on the beam unit simplified model of transmission line and the 3D solid fine finite element model by ABAQUS.The study result shows that when only the elasticity of steel and aluminum material is considered,and the thickness of ice coating is 25 mm,the stress of aluminum during ice⁃shedding process will exceed the yield limit.Therefore,when studying the ice⁃shedding,the beam unit simplified model of transmission line will underestimate the stress of transmission line and the refined model needs to be considered to obtain the line stress distribution.
