Application value of microcolumn gel immunoassay for identification of clinical blood type and blood transfusion safety

目的 分析微柱凝胶免疫检测技术鉴定临床血型及对输血安全应用价值.方法 选择2019年2月至2020年8月本院收治输血治疗患者80例,按随机数表分为两组,各40例.对照组使用盐水试管法与聚凝胺法,研究组采用MGHA,比较两组检测结果.结果 两组正反定型符合比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组交叉配血符合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组检测满意度90.00%显著高于对照组72.50%(P<0.05).结论 临床鉴定血型和输血时应用MGHA,可减少交叉配血假阳性,提升输血安全度,临床上值得推广使用.

Objective To analyze the application value of microcolumn gel immunoassay for identification of clinical blood type and blood transfusion safety.Methods 80 patients with blood transfusion in our hospital from February 2019 to August2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,40 cases were treated with salt water test tube method and polycoagulant method.In the study group,40 cases received microcolumn gel immunoassay.The test results of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the coincidence rate of positive and negative stereotypes(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the cross matching rate between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 72.50%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of microcolumn gel immunoassay in blood group identification and blood transfusion can reduce false positive cross matching,which can effectively improve blood transfusion safety and is worthy of clinical application.
