摘要
简要介绍了新能源汽车的发展趋势,阐述了纯电动汽车传动系统的类型、用油设计思路及用油选择。该文结合不同供应商的硬件技术路线的差异,分析了油冷电机和水冷电机在润滑要求上的区别,并简述了水冷电机结构下两款单级减速箱和多级减速箱油品的开发及验证情况。
This article briefly introduces the development trend of new energy vehicles, described the type of electric vehicle transmission system, oil design ideas and oil selection. Combining the differences in hardware technology routes of different OEMs, analyzed the difference in lubrication requirements between oil-cooled motors and water-cooled motors. It also briefly described the development and verification of the two single-stage gearbox and multi-stage gearbox oil products under the water-cooled motor structure.
