摘要
该文介绍了一种气源自动模拟系统,该系统主要由高压空气压缩机、高压无热再生干燥器、储气瓶组、高低温箱、气路控制系统和电控系统等组成。主要用于为飞行控制单元测试提供空气动力源,能够模拟被试件工作时的来流冲压空气和高压气瓶的供气特性。该系统可实现空气增压、空气净化、空气储存,通过工控机全监控操作可对输出气体压力、温度、流量、湿度进行调节,满足供气和测试要求。气源自动模拟系统的实际使用结果表明:该设备具有自动化、智能化程度高的特点,系统操作简单,使用维护方便、实用性强、性能稳定,具有广阔的应用前景。
This paper introduces a controllable air source system,which is mainly composed of high pressure air compressor,high pressure non-heat regenerative dryer,gas cylinder group,high and low temperature box,gas path control system and electric control system.It is mainly used to provide air power source for flight vehicle test,and can simulate the air supply characteristics of the incoming flow ram air and high pressure gas cylinder when the specimen is working.The system can realize air pressurization,air purification,air storage,through the full monitoring operation of the industrial computer can be adjusted to the output gas pressure,temperature,flow,humidity,to meet the requirements of air supply and testing.The practical application of the controllable air source system shows that the device has the characteristics of automation,high intelligence,simple operation,convenient operation and maintenance,strong practicability,stable performance,and has a broad application prospect.
