摘要
介绍了某型支架搬运车重型轮驱减速器的结构和原理,对其在使用过程中发生的故障原因进行了分析,分析了装配和保养环节造成故障的影响因素,针对浮动油封的安装设计了专用工装,提出了装配和使用注意事项,提高了运行可靠性,经实践检验其故障率由32%降到5%。
Introduces the structure and principle of the heavy wheel drive reducer of a type of scaffold truck,analyzes the causes of failure in the process of use,analyzes the influencing factors of assembly and use of fault,and designs a special tooling for the assembly of floating seal,puts forward the matters needing attention in the assembly and use,improves the operation reliability,practice shows that the failure rate is reduced from 32%to 5%.
