深圳"双区"建设迎来了空前的发展机遇,"双区"高校工会"先行"勇担使命,践行"双区"高校先行示范工会。本文从高校先行示范工会的"变"与"不变"中重构高校先行示范工会的定位,通过从国策保障优势、人才保障优势、经费保障优势维度分析"双区"高校先行示范工会的基础优势,笔者为高校先行示范工会建设从政治高度、服务提质和"智慧工会"、立法参与、大湾区建设方面提供四点现实路向的建议。
